DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Absolutely. Of course, we want the world to see our awesome indie flicks and we're not limiting it to the United States!
WHICH PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Various Credit Cards, Shop Pay and Paypal.
WHICH REGION(S) ARE YOUR BLU-RAYS AND DVDS?
All of our Blu-rays/DVDs are factory pressed region free discs (unless otherwise stated on the product page).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE?
Approximately 5-7 days within the US. and approximately 30 days for worldwide (International shipping can vary depending on location)
WHEN I PRE ORDER AN ITEM AM I CHARGED IMMEDIATLY?
Yes, when placing a "Pre-Order" item you will be charged immediately. Please read the pre-order release date for each film title you purchase in advance as it couple ship weeks or even a month after you've placed your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
All orders will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout automatically. You will also receive tracking information this same way once shipped. Please check your email's spam or junk folders.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders that do not contain pre-order items are typically sent out within 5-7 business days.
MY TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
Once the package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping service. If your item hasn't arrived after an extended amount of time or says delivered but you haven't received it, you should contact local post office and mail carrier.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
Pre- Orders usually ship within 4-5 weeks from the announcement date. You can stay up to date on the estimated product shipment date on the Product Page from each film title you have pre-ordered.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Full Name and Order number within 24 hours to cancel your order. If your item has already been packaged with a shipping label the item cannot be canceled
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final. Unless we've made the error sending the wrong item, in which case we will correct the issue and send out any replacements.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We accept exchanges for items that are defective or arrive damaged. This exchange policy is valid for 15 days from receipt of goods, please contact email@example.com with proof of damage to be considered for an exchange.
